1. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಭಾರತವು DPP 2013 ಅನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಅನೇಕ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿತು ಎಂಬುದು ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ, ಅದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಆದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಹಸಿದ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ನಿಗಮದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅರೆ-ಏಕಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬಲದ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
